Clubbercise is a fun, high-energy dance fitness class held in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks, set to a soundtrack of 90s-to-now club anthems. It blends dance, toning, and combat moves, burning around 600 calories per session while acting as a full-body workout for all fitness levels.
