Join Makenna Wahlin for Into Stillness -  a peaceful Sound Bath experience created to help you slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself.

You’ll rest comfortably in Savasana while being immersed in the soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. As the sounds move through the room, you are invited to release effort, soften tension, and allow your body and mind to settle into a deeper state of relaxation.

A Sound Bath may help support:

• Relaxation and stress relief
• A calmer, quieter mind
• Nervous system regulation

• Deep rest and restoration

There is nothing to perform and nowhere to get to. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and receive.
