Using CSTP’s Teacher Leadership Framework, participants will explore the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to strengthen their leadership practice while reflecting on their own strengths and areas for growth. The session will model effective practices and structures to support building capacity beyond yourself within your team across your school community. Participants will also develop the confidence and strategies to influence and enact the changes they want to see in their schools. They will leave with a clear understanding of how to lead from where they are, collaborate more effectively with colleagues, and positively impact student learning.-----------------------------------About Rainbow Lodge: Rainbow Lodge is a rustic retreat center nestled in the mountains in North Bend, WA. Each attendee receives their own sleeping room with a washing sink; however, men's and women's restrooms with showers are shared. Coffee, tea, water, soda and snacks are available 24 hours during your stay. Lunch and dinner will be served on the first day of each session, followed by breakfast on the second day.
