As we navigate the holiday season, the transitions between endings and beginnings can evoke feelings of tenderness. By tapping into the “in between moments” we begin to embrace the sacredness of this space. 

You are invited to join Anne Bentley of Yogasense and Tamara Brash of Subtle Remedies on December 31, from 10am-11:30am, for a morning of sound and stillness. This experience will feature sacred Crystal bowls, a gentle yoga practice, and the chanting of sacred sounds and mantras, connecting with your inner true nature. 

Pre-registration is encouraged. Please register online using Northern Flow Studio booking system or email Anne. 

Studio pass holders $25
Non studio pass holders $30

Payments can be made directly to Anne by cash or e-transfer.
