Christian Meditation is a prayer of the heart rooted in silence, stillness, and simplicity. Through the gentle repetition of a sacred word or phrase (the mantra), participants are invited into a deeper awareness of God’s presence.

Each gathering includes:
• A short teaching based on the writings of John Main, a Benedictine monk
• A period of silent meditation
• A brief time for discussion and reflection

St. Joseph Motherhouse
2025 Main St. West, North Bay
(in the small chapel)

🕓 Time:
Tuesdays
4:30–5:30 p.m.
Beginning June 2

Everyone is welcome. No prior meditation experience is needed. Come when you are able.
