- **Event Description**: In partnership with Forest Preserve District of Kane County, St. Charles Park District, Friends of the Fox, and the Invasive Crayfish Coalition, come round up some rusty crayfish and help remove this invader from the river at our Rusty Rodeo conservation event! Families are encouraged to participate in this FREE event and join us in the water to collect, identify and remove this invasive species. Prizes are given to the participant who collects the most, the largest, and the smallest of these unwanted invaders.

Participants will need to provide their own supplies. We suggest bringing an aquatic net and bucket and wearing clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
