Inversion Worshop with Allyson

🤸Let's get inverted! We will focus on shoulder strength & mobility and how it applies to the "hop" from downward dog to forward fold, headstand, handstand & a shoulder stand! This workshop is for anyone wanting to learn more about their bodies & how to practice yoga safely while getting the hips above the heart. No previous upside-down experience is required. You will also not be pressured into doing a handstand or headstand. This workshop will provide multiple options on ways you can work towards your headstand & handstand while doing yoga poses such as child's pose & more. Workshop attendees will receive a handout to take home. Please bring a pen to take notes.
