GLA:D Information Session

MOVE WELL AGAIN

Come along and learn about living well with hip or knee arthritis and the GLA:D® program.

GLA:D® is an education and exercise based program to help people with
hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.

The program includes:
• An initial appointment with your GLA:D® Physiotherapist for a comprehensive
individual assessment
• Two one-hour group education sessions
• 12 one-hour exercise sessions (over 6 weeks)
• A final appointment with your GLA:D® Physiotherapist to review your progress and
work out your next steps.

Come to learn how the GLA:D® Program can help to improve your joint stability,
muscle strength, reduce your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
