- **Event Description**: Come join us on February 14, 2026, as we take the plunge for the Massachusetts Special Olympics in North Adams. That’s right, you heard it correctly, the Law Enforcement Torch Run, which raises money and awareness for hundreds of our local athletes, is back, and what better way to kick it off, but with an ice-cold plunge!

It’s hard be image, but it’s been six years since our last event in which we were able to support our amazing athletes within Berkshire County. However, WE ARE BACK and hungrier than ever to support them all and to help spread awareness.

Join us on February 14, 2026, as we join together with North Adams Police Department, North Adams Fire Department and North Adams Ambulance Service Inc.,  for the North Adams Polar Plunge. This event is being held in conjunction with the North Adams Winterfest which is from 9:00am-3:00pm, www.discovernorthadams.com/events/winterfest. 

Event Details:
Registration- 12:00pm in front of 102 Main Street, North Adams
Plunge- 1:00pm
Plunge will take part in a Mobile Plunge Unit called, Bear Force One, a large, custom-built mobile pool on wheels that brings the fundraising Polar Plunge experience directly to you!
Note: Warming tents will be provided by Northern Berkshire EMS once you complete the plunge, along with a changing area.
