Core to Calm

Core to Calm Flow is a balanced, all-levels yoga class designed to build strength, increase mobility, and support nervous-system regulation. This one-hour morning practice begins with accessible core engagement and functional movement, transitions into a slow, flowing stretch sequence, and concludes with a guided relaxation during the final ten minutes. Postures and pacing are intentionally approachable, with options offered throughout.

*Ideal for those seeking a supportive start to the day- whether you are new to yoga or returning to your mat looking for strength without intensity, grounding your energy for the day ahead.
