At Rattlesnake Point



Join others with T1D who understand the highs and lows as we test our limits and our diabetes management skills on the rock walls of the Niagara Escarpment! Just 30 minutes south of Toronto, Rattlesnake Point, named for the snake-like path cut by glaciers along the edges of the escarpment, boasts breathtaking views, turkey vultures soaring through the air and thousand-year-old cedars growing from the rock.

Our trained and experienced team will set up top ropes, provide safety equipment and guide you through the basics of outdoor rock climbing. We welcome all skill and levels in both climbing and diabetes management. 

Already a pro? Share your tips on balancing blood sugars while climbing up a crag and rappelling back down!

Evening Climb 6pm-9pm
