THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL continues to enchant and entertain new generations of moviegoers - turn on your heartlight and come see it outdoors where it was meant to be seen: at the City of North Vancouver's annual Family Movie Nights in the Plaza in Civic Plaza Friday, July 20th at dusk. The show is FREE!
Families are invited to come down to Civic Plaza for a night packed with family fun. The movies are shown on a big outdoor screen at sunset. Before the movie begins there's lots of family-friendly activities, piano sing-alongs, face painting, entertainment and a bike rodeo.
We recommend that you bring your own chair or blanket and arrive early! The fun gets started at 7pm with a bike rodeo, face painting, entertainment & more! The bike rodeo is a fun bike skills/safety course for kids run by the North Shore Safety Council. It’s totally free and anyone can take part. Some kid-sized bikes and scooters will be available to use, or bring your own bike, scooter, etc.
