The team at Stag are back and after the last 2 qualifiers which were a raging success they are ready to go. 

The team are made up of experienced strength athletes in strongman and powerlifting and there is a lot of competing experience under one roof. They had a huge amount of equipment and are getting more as they go. 

This competition will particularly suit beginner, novice and mid level competitors as the team focus heavily on those either new to the sport or coming back to the sport after some time away. They are a LARGE spotting team so you know you are looked after at every angle. 

This qualifier is likely to fill quickly as there has been a request for another this season.

Please remember – entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically. This is all explained on this page and also in your membership agreement. 

Is your membership up to date?

Remember – you will need a current 2025 membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships are immediate and sent by auto confirmation with your new membership number to the email address you input on the application form. Please check your spam folder. 

If you do not have an autoreply in a few minutes, then please email memberships@britishpowerliftingunion.co.uk and you will be forwarded a copy. You CANNOT WEIGH IN without this email or printout of the PDF with your membership number on. SO please ensure you do this long before the competition.
