- **Event Description**: The City of North Charleston Cultural Arts Department will present its Second Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 6-9pm at the Park Circle Community Building at 4800 Park Circle, North Charleston. The family-friendly event is presented in acknowledgement of National Hispanic Heritage Month, which is recognized from September 15-October 15 each year. Admission and parking are free.

All are welcome to come together for a fun evening celebrating Hispanic culture with food vendors, an art market featuring Hispanic artists and creators, and live music by Gino Castillo and the Cuban Cowboys along with Latin dance demonstrations by Holy City Salsa Dance Studio. The event will also feature hands-on craft activities, as well as an opportunity to create contributions for Amor Forever: A Community Ofrenda, a public art installation created by local artist Steph FRX. An ofrenda, or altar, is an offering assembled during the annual and traditionally Mexican Día de los Muertos celebration to honor loved ones who have passed. The installation serves as a vibrant, evolving tribute and highlights the cultural diversity within North Charleston. Attendees are invited to bring printed photographs and other mementos to add to the community ofrenda, which will remain on display in the Park Circle Community Building lobby through Día de los Muertos (November 1-2).

El Departamento de Artes Culturales de la Ciudad de North Charleston presentará su Segunda Celebración Anual del Mes de la Herencia Hispana el viernes 3 de octubre de 2025, de 6:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m., en el Edificio Comunitario Park Circle, ubicado en 4800 Park Circle, North Charleston. Este evento familiar se presenta en conmemoración del Mes Nacional de la Herencia Hispana, que se celebra del 15 de septiembre al 15 de octubre de cada año. La entrada y el estacionamiento son gratuitos.

Todos están invitados a disfrutar de una divertida velada que celebrará la cultura hispana con puestos de comida, un mercado de arte con artistas y creadores Hispanos, música en vivo de Gino Castillo y los Cuban Cowboys, y demostraciones de baile latino a cargo de Holy City Salsa Dance Studio.
