How to Read & Study your Bible

This 6 session study group meets monthly at 1:30pm in the Fellowship Hall.
Sara Brubaker will lead us in a study of how to Read and Study the Bible.
Scripture was written across centuries, in different cultures, with different purposes. So, incorporating a variety of methods of study with humility and openness makes sense. May this series enlighten your personal walk, as we come to know God more deeply through His Word.
This study will teach the art of interpreting meaning, by figuring out the author's original intent and how it applies today, considering context, language, and culture. It's about bridging the gap between what was written long ago and understanding it now, ensuring accuracy rather than just subjective opinion.
This is an inductive Bible study that incorporates observation, interpretation, and application.
