Preeceville School SPRING Trade Fair 2026
@ the Preeceville Legion Hall
Saturday, March 21, 2026 (earlier than normal)
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Basic Table Options:
$40.00/ vendor (more options available on registration form)
- FULL table (8 foot space (and table) supplied
- power included if needed (specify on registration form if needed).
OR
$30.00/ vendor
- Half table (4 foot space (8 foot table shared))
- power included if needed (specify on registration form if needed).
** Other options available on the registration form.
** Food vendors are ALLOWED such as honey, chocolates, cookies, baking, etc. Food service vendors (ie. meal providers) are NOT ALLOWED because of health and safety regulations regarding meals that are made off premise.
NO duplicate trademark products (ie. Tupperware, Scentsy, Epicure, etc.) (Due to popularity of these type of products, if multiple people are interested, we have put into practice a cycling of the vendors)
** Because home businesses are diversifying, we also try to do our best (from descriptions given on the registration form) to not have “LIKE” products at our fair. Our practice is to allow interested vendors to make the decision as to whether or not they want to be part of our fair by sharing information given, Facebook pages and/or web pages of “LIKE” products of registered vendors.

Receipts will be issued on the day of the Trade Fair.
Lunch will be available as well as door prizes (provided by school), raffle table (please consider donating an item as all proceeds go to supporting Preeceville School students) and 50/50
