Norman Forward is a quality-of-life initiative aimed at building and improving public facilities throughout Norman. The measure is supported by a half-cent sales tax, which went into effect on Jan. 1, 2016, and will continue for 15 years.

Projects include Griffin Park soccer complex improvements, an indoor aquatic center, athletic fields, an indoor multisport facility and park improvements. All residents are invited to attend the ceremony.
