Guided Meditation - Transmutation

We are about to welcome the Lunar New Year and step into the Year of the Fire Horse on February 17, marking the transition out of the Year of the Snake.

The Year of the Snake invited us to shed what no longer serves us. It was a time of wisdom, introspection, deep inner work, and quiet renewal.

Now, the Year of the Fire Horse calls us into movement, freedom, courage, and self-expression.

This meditation is designed to support the shift from the Snake’s inward, healing energy to the Horse’s bold, outward momentum.

I will guide you as we release and transform what no longer serves our highest selves, creating space for expansion, vitality, and authentic expression.
