The theme of "partial" is evident in all programming including sessions, tournaments, and patrol based activities. We are looking at helping all those scouts to finish up some of those partial merit badge completions they have picked up over the year. We are also highlighting how all our units are giving back to our communities through service projects already performed this year. A whole event with the partial idea.
