This is an "intro" style inversion class. everyBODY that is able to leave their ego at the door is more than welcomed!

We practice drills to build an understanding of core stability, joint stacking && beyond. Then we will build on our new skills and work through different arm balances + inversions WITHOUT any judgement. If you fly cool, and if you work through drills with your feet happily on the ground - also cool ;)

Danielle is your guide and she has a bit of experience under her belt. E-RYT 500, FMS, NASM personal trainer, and CF-L1 have all helped Danielle feel confident being upside down. Plus her experience, (on and off the mat), means you be will filled with knowledge bombs to take home with you!
