We’ll explore slow, intentional movement, body awareness, and expressive dance practices designed to help you tune into what feels good, awaken your confidence, and deepen your relationship with your own desire.This is a space where sensuality is celebrated, curiosity is welcomed, and there is no pressure to perform.
