As you settle into stillness, you'll be guided through a gentle meditation before being enveloped in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. The healing frequencies of sound invite profound relaxation, helping to melt away stress, calm the mind, and create space for deep inner peace. Whether you've experienced a sound bath before or this is your first time, this practice offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.

Floor Seating — $30
Relax comfortably on a yoga mat with blankets and props as you surrender into deep rest.
Aerial Swing Seating — $40
Enjoy the unique experience of resting in one of our aerial yoga swings, gently cradled throughout the meditation and sound bath for an even more cocoon-like and restorative experience.
