Myofascial Release (MFR) is an accessible & effective practice that compliments yoga & other exercise recovery, improves mobility, provides relief from everyday aches & pains, and supports the health of connective tissue… it’s also deeply relaxing.


In this extended, 90min CLASS+ experience, participants will learn to release restrictions in the body’s fascial system using special MFR props coupled with gentle, guided techniques. 


Leave feeling at ease in your body and mind.
