It’s about creativity over consumption, joy over judgment, and community over competition. Expect music, movement, laughter, and a runway experience that feels more like a celebration than a fashion show.5 PM – 6 PM: Meet & Greet. Grab a drink and some food. Maybe mingle with a witch or two before the show starts. We're also holding a silent auction with 100% proceeds going to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. There will be a panel of judges PLUS live audience voting! The top 3 designs (and the audience winner) will receive in no particular order: cash prizes, gift cards, tickets to VAFW, as well as ALL designs will walk the runway in October at VA Fashion Week. The Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to create a CAPSULE COLLECTION at VA Fashion Week! While votes are being tallied, the OV Sea Hags will perform the German “Broom Dance” with a second round inviting the attendees to dance along.
