Join us during Norfolks annual fall festival for spooky flash tats, a costume contest, tarot card readings, and piercings! We will be saving spots! So come sign up for your flash tattoo, and go enjoy the festival while you wait! Plenty to do for all ages! Snacks and drinks provided! Yes your dressed up kids/pets can count for your entry into the costume contest!!!
*must be 18 to get tattooed
*must be 18 or have parental consent for piercings
