- **Event Description**: We hope to see you on the evening of December 10, 2025, at Downtown Norfolk's Town Point Club (the event is open to the public, and the City of Norfolk offers free 2-hr. parking in nearby parking garages).  Town Point Club, which will be hosting us as its Cocktails with a Cause charity for December, will offer light hors d'oeuvres while we welcome you to learn more about our broad mission and projects to help shelter animals. We hope you will help us raise funds for our projects through a raffle fundraiser that will be holding that evening (some of the items are listed below).  Town Point Club will have drinks available for purchase.  The event (which is free to attend, and is open to the public) starts at 6:00 p.m., and we'll draw the raffle ticket winners around 7:45 p.m. (you do not need to be present to win (just make sure your tickets have a way for us to reach you if you win)). 

Raffle items include  a gift certificate from Memories by Melanie; a $50 Baker's Crust gift card; a set of gift cards for TopGolf ($50), Dave & Buster's ($25), and Regal Cinema ($25); a movie-themed basket that includes 10 movie passes for Cinema Cafe; a Pampered Chef dog treat-making kit, with ingredients; a basket filled with children's animal and rescue-themed books, coloring books, and arts and crafts kits, along with a $10 Barnes & Noble gift card; a gift certificate for a private yoga session at Pear Maternal Mind and Body; a gift certificate from 
Excel Basketball Academy for either 2 private sessions with Lance Hurdle , or 4 pack of a group session for the month; a gift certificate from Invyte; a Mermaid Holiday wreath from Vikki's Wreaths by Design; a Santa Mer-man holiday wreath from Vikki's Wreaths by Design; a gingerbread baking-themed tabletop decoration from Vikki's Wreaths by Design; and several more baskets and items.
