Athletic Physical Night

Knock out your 2026-27 athletic physical at Athletic Physical Night!

Sentara will bring a team of doctors and athletic trainers to administer physicals to Collegiate's student-athletes in rising Grades 6-12 free of charge. A parent/guardian must accompany the student and have the physical form completed ahead of check-in.

Students without physicals are unable to participate in athletics, including practices.
