Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) drop-off/pick-up will be available at The Hall at Ingalls Event Center (Gate E - across from Pikes Peak Park). Please follow directional signage. Shuttles will be available in all parking areas.Event ProtocolTo ensure the safety and security of all attendees, staff, and participants, the Ingalls Event Center strictly prohibits the possession, use, or transportation of firearms, explosives, knives, and other dangerous weapons on its premises, including parking areas, during any events or activities held at the Event Center.The City of Norco reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone wearing clothing that contains inappropriate language, symbols, gang, or crew attire. This includes, but not limited to bandanas, hats, initialed belt buckles, vests, and other gang/crew apparel.In addition, alcohol, outside food or drink, or pets are not allowed.Security Screening NoticeFor the safety of all guests, all attendees will be required to pass through metal detectors prior to entry. Please allow extra time for this process and arrive early to ensure timely admission.
