The Way of Stillness & Heart is a devotional journey into Yin Yoga - a training for those who feel called to hold space with integrity, presence and love.

• You feel drawn to Yin as a way of life, not just a practice
• You wish to deepen your capacity to hold safe, grounded, heart-led space
• You are a yoga teacher, facilitator or devoted practitioner
• You feel the call to work with cacao consciously and respectfully
• You are ready to lead from stillness, presence, and heart wisdom

What’s Included:
50-Hour Yoga Alliance-Certified Yin Yoga Teacher Training: This is a combination of in-person hours, required reading and online modules - emailed 1 month before and must be completed before we begin. 

A comprehensive and embodied Yin Yoga training that honours both the physical and the subtle body.

You will explore:
• The principles of Yin Yoga
• The nervous system, fascia & meridian pathways
• Functional anatomy for Yin (with spacious, embodied understanding)
• Yin postures, variations and intelligent sequencing
• Language, cueing and holding space with sensitivity
• Stillness as medicine - presence as practice
• Yin as a pathway to self-inquiry, surrender and inner listening

You will leave confident in your ability to teach Yin Yoga safely, intuitively and soulfully.

This immersion is designed to support you in working with cacao consciously - grounded, respectful and embodied.

The Way We Teach:
This training is held in a slow, spacious, heart-led container.
