Before the resolutions and routines rush in, give yourself 90 minutes to step into the new year on purpose.

Join tribe favourite Gianni Valenti for a New Year’s Day Power Flow designed as a reset and a beginning - a chance to honour what’s been, clear some space and choose how you want to move into the year ahead.

You’ll move through grounding breathwork to arrive, then an intentional power flow with plenty of options - so you can dial it up or down depending on how you’re feeling - before easing into slower shapes and an extra-long Savasana to finish. Expect a strong, feel-good practice that leaves you clear, steady and connected.

This isn’t “new year, new you”. It’s starting the year in your body, with your breath, surrounded by your Zenko tribe.
