Asana Play

Join us for our next Asana Play Practice, a 90-minute class designed to bring the fun back to your mat.

This isn’t your usual workshop - think less structure, more freedom. A space to move, laugh, flow, and explore yoga in its most playful form. Together we’ll mix it up with creative sequences, spontaneous transitions, and lighthearted moments that remind us not to take practice (or ourselves) too seriously.

Expect movement that feels good, music that lifts your energy, and an extra-long Savasana to finish - the kind you never want to end. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or just starting out, this is a class to reconnect with the joy of yoga, surrounded by new friends and community.
