Inspired by Holistic Pro Health Performance’s Longevity Advantage program, Tom and Rod will share elite athlete–grade strategies to support your long-term well-being. You’ll learn scientifically backed breathing practices, functional movement routines, and stress-resilience techniques designed to reduce burnout, restore mental clarity, and enhance physical longevity. This workshop draws on their combined wisdom: Rod’s Holistica Movement® Method and Tom’s breath work and meditation teachings.

Whether you’re a surfer looking to sustain your wave count, or simply someone seeking a deeper connection with your body and mind, this session offers concrete tools that you can integrate into your daily life.
