- **Event Description**: In partnership with Cadre Dan, Ponte Vedra Ruck Club is proud to host its first ever “Friday Night Lights” event. 

This event will take place on Friday night December 19 at 6:00PM at PVRC Field (158 Marketside Avenue Ponte Vedra FL 32081). 

We will start with some “tactical yoga” which is a very cool way of stretching for old people. 

We will then ruck about 3-4 miles through our favorite parts of Nocatee.  For those interested we will have some “fun” items for you to carry along the way.   

Then we will come back and do some functional fitness as a group. 

All these activities can be completed by ANY level of fitness and age!!!!!!!
Do not be afraid!!!! 

Consider this the best type of Holiday/Christmas party you could get invited too. 

What does that mean to you?  
Instead of charging you a registration fee, we are going to ask everyone to bring at least one unwrapped toy. 

We are also asking everyone to dress the part. 
Wear your favorite holiday gear or decorations.
Decorate your rucks too!! 

When the event is over there will be a patch ceremony immediately followed by a pizza party!!!!!

Since this is a free event, we are going to ask everyone to actually comment going with how many people they will be bringing in the event (Schroder 2)  

We need to make sure we have enough patches as well pizza and drinks.
