The Decathlon is back with a whole new format!

- Teams of 4 (2 males, 2 females)
- Rx and Scaled divisions
- 10 events: Team is guaranteed 9 events, 10 if you make finals. Each person is guaranteed to participate in 5 events, 6 if you make finals.

2 events are Team-of-4 (guaranteed 1, other is in finals)
4 events are individual (each person on the team does one)
4 events are pairs (1 male/male, 1 female/female, 2 mixed pairs)

15-20 min: Rest
20-28 min: Mixed Pairs #1 MetCon (8 min cap) and Mixed Pairs #2 (8 min cap)

7:30-8:30am: Athlete Check-in
8:30am-8:45am: welcome announcements, movement standards review
8:45-9:00am: warm-up for first heats
9:00-9:38am: Heat 1 WOD Cluster #1
9:38-9:45am: Set-up for Heat 2
9:45-10:23am: Heat 2 WOD Cluster #1
10:23-10:30am: Set-up for Heat 3
10:30-11:08am: Heat 3 WOD Cluster #1
11:08-11:15am: Set up for Heat 4
11:15-11:53am: Heat 4 WOD Cluster #1
11:53-12:00pm: Set up for Heat 1
12:00-12:28pm: Heat 1 WOD Cluster #2
12:28-12:35pm: Set-up for Heat 2
12:35-1:03pm: Heat 2 WOD Cluster #2
1:03-1:10pm: Set-up for Heat 3
