The first drink, the Mistletoe Martini, shakes up vodka, elderflower, and cranberry with glittery simple syrup and a frothy egg-white finish for a festive, elegant sip ✨. The second drink, the Tipsy Snowman, is a rich dessert cocktail—tequila, crème de cacao, RumChata, and chocolate oat milk warmed with nutmeg and a hint of cayenne, topped with a DIY marshmallow snowman ☃️. The third drink, Winter Woods, is the most complex, blending gin, amaretto, lime, ph-delight syrup, and tobacco bitters, finished with dehydrated orange and a cinnamon stick for a warm, woodsy vibe 🌲.
This workshop will be led by Maria Phillips! Maria is the bar manager at Cassidy Station and the creative mind behind all the cocktails served at the farm -- including our Holiday pop-up bar, the Tipsy Reindeer. She’s been part of the Cassidy family since July and brings a welcoming, down-to-earth energy to every event. Maria adds a creative touch to each menu she designs, crafting drinks that capture the cozy, seasonal charm of Cassidy Station and make every guest feel at home.
