Nestled within the high-vibration sanctuary of Mystic Nature—a hidden gem of crystals, rocks, and inspired artistry—we honor the longest day and joyful season through connection, creativity, and the primal language of the drum. This is a space to shed the noise of daily living and sink into the rhythms that reside in us all.

*A Restorative Resonance: Weaving together rhythm and mindfulness, we create a restorative experience where stress softens into the earth and creativity awakens like the summer bloom.

*The Alchemy of Song: Go deeper and unlock the vibrational power of your voice through vocal toning, humming, chanting, and simple, heartfelt songs and harmonies accompanied by rhythm-making. We let songs come and go like sunrise and sunset. Singing is never required - you can simply take in the medicine around you; your presence is the most beautiful note you can offer. 

*The Wisdom of the Circle: Our time together is informed by the HealthRHYTHMS® protocol, blending the ancient power of group drumming with a modern, science-based approach to well-being.

Drums are provided, though you are always welcome to bring your own heartbeat and instruments.
