Held within the living beauty of crystals and stones—ancient keepers of the Earth—you’re invited into a space of grounding, presence, and deep listening. 

Each month, we explore a different chakra through gentle practices and immersive sound, supporting balance, flow, and deep nourishment for body, mind, and spirit.

Each session offers simple, integrative practices to restore harmony within — tending to the places that feel depleted, overextended, or out of balance. A space to rest, realign, and come home to yourself.

NCLUDES simple, supportive practices such as breath, movement, rhythm, and vocal or creative expression.

ALSO INCLUDES a digital journal with reflections, affirmations, and simple practices to support continued alignment in your daily life.
