About the event

1st Annual BBQ Tri-Tip Competition

We will have our large pit available or bring your own Pit & Wood. You bring your own seasoning and grilling tools. There is a $50.00 entrance fee and will cover your entry & Tri-Tip. All meat will be purchased through Lobo Butcher Shop. Attendees will be the judges by picking their top 3. Winner takes all remaining proceeds and a $100 Birchwood Gift Certificate.
