Lakeside Washington - Leg Attacks & Scrambling

Becoming dominant in your handfight progressing to leg attacks and takedowns doesn't happen by chance. It comes from mastering the neutral position and consistently creating scoring opportunities. Learning to score from both ties and open space is essential for success at the highest levels. Our camp covers everything from fundamental footwork and movement to advanced techniques and strategies used by top-tier wrestlers.

Turning opponents from the top position demands both solid technical skills and a creative mindset. We'll focus on building your core foundation while teaching you how to “set up” turns that lead to consistent scoring. Expect detailed instruction on wrist tilts, bars, cradles, leg rides, crab rides, and more.

We'll finish camp with bottom position movement, focusing on counters that lead to escapes and reversals to round out your top-to-bottom skill set.
