Event Details & Setup
📅 Date: July 4th, 2025
⏰ Setup Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
🚗 Parking: All vendors must be fully set up and have their vehicles moved to the main parking lot by 9:00 AM.
Vendors are expected to stay until at least 4:00 PM. If you need to leave early due to an emergency or selling out, can contact vendor coordinator.
You are welcome to stay through the fireworks show (which starts between 9:30 – 10:00 PM), as this draws a huge crowd. However, if you plan to leave after the car show at 4:00 PM, please let me know in advance so I can assign your booth accordingly. Breakdown for those leaving early should take place between 4:00 – 5:00 PM to ensure a smooth and safe departure.
