Join Lisa Segar for a heart centered afternoon of stillness creativity and connection. In this two-hour immersive experience you’ll craft your own intention infused Mala beads and sink into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation designed to anchor your intention in the body and mind. This workshop blends mindful creation with meditative rest — a chance to slow down, reconnect, and carry your energy forward in tangible form.

What’s included: * all mala materials
* guided intention setting plus yoga need meditation
* tea and light refreshments
* reflection card and journaling prompts.
* yoga mat and yoga props (feel free to bring an additional blanket to cover up with during yoga Nidra).
