Unwind & Reset through our weekly vinyasa yoga flow. A midweek self-nourishment session that weaves together breathwork, fluid movement and meditation. This is your invitation return to yourself, to slow down, process life, and take care the most important person in your life ~ your beautiful self!

This class is open to all, no prior experience is needed to join the practice.
