Rumba Attack returns to Sarah's Jazz Club on Wednesday 18th of February!

Style: World, Fusion, Acoustic

Fusing together Flamenco Rumba-inspired guitar instrumentals with Greek vocals and Middle Eastern sounds, the exciting and popular RUMBA ATTACK engages with its audiences as they burst together into exhilarating rhythms and melodies.

With roots in Cyprus - a crossroads between the Mediterranean and Middle East - Rumba Attack released their anticipated debut album ‘Harmonics’ in 2023 ahead of a number of sold out live shows.

After nearly 10 years of countless performances by the 3 musicians, the new album - consisting of 11 tracks of which 9 are original compositions and 2 Greek song covers - is testament to the hard work and artistry that the band has put into creating their unique sound.

During their live shows they regularly feature guests including vocals, lyra, trumpet, flute, saxophone and various percussion, and have also collaborated with local dance schools. 

Performances over the years include Athens Technopolis Jazz Festival, 100 Guitars Concert, Cyprus World Music & Jazz Showcase, Fengaros Festival, TedXLimassol, Rialto Ethnic Music Festival, Limassol Acoustic Festival, Afro Banana Festival, Windcraft Festival and Pafos Ethnic Music Festival.
