PORTAL is a method of writing poetry by listening to the body. Introduced by Melissanthi Zanga.

Using the chakras as a guide but focusing on writing from the sensations of the physical body. This is a very therapeutic practice that also opens up your creativity in a massive way.

This two hours workshop will be held by Melissanthi to introduce this method at Yogi Turtle studio, on Tuesday the 24th at 17.30, with a small 10euro cost ☘️
