?This pilot training is part of Rainbow Rhythms, a European project that explores how emotional resilience and social-emotional learning can merge with artivism. The training aims to test a creative ERSE (Emotional Resilience and Social-Emotional) workshop that combines emotional skills with artivism, using artistic expression as a way to reflect, respond, and take positive action.

➤The project develops creative tools that help youth reflect on emotions, strengthen coping skills and use artistic expression as a pathway to voice, agency and inclusion. The pilot sessions allow the team to test the methods with real groups, gather insights and refine the final training model. 

➤The workshop on 10 December at 18:00 will be hosted at Impact Hub, Ammoxostou 53, 1016, with free parking in the Gardens of Peace. The session brings together youth and youth workers to experience the activities, offer feedback and help shape the next phase of the project.
