Join us on Saturday, 13th December 2025 at the Leventis Gallery for an enlightening event dedicated to empowering women during all stages of their reproductive health. We are thrilled to welcome a distinguished panel of international speakers, including:

- Professor Joyce Harper, UCL UK, an internationally renowned, award-winning educator, author, podcaster, academic, public speaker, and scientist. She is Professor of Reproductive Science at University College London, Institute for Women’s Health.
- Dr Effie Mantrali, from Isis Clinic, a distinguished Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon, Gynaecological Oncology, Endometriosis and Fertility Specialist sharing her unique insights on holistic approaches to menopause.
- Mahi Solomou, AIPFE Cyprus-Women of Europe & British High Commission Certified Menopause champion, discussing workplace inclusion and wellbeing for menopausal women.
- Alexia Potamitou, Menopause and weight management, expert menopause nutritionist and member of  Northern American Menopause society.

Session 1: "Your Fertile Years And Beyond"

This session will delve into key stages of women's reproductive health, beginning with an insightful keynote address by the esteemed Professor Joyce Harper, that explores the journey from puberty to menopause. Following this, the complexities surrounding the reproductive transitions women experience will be discussed along with a holistic approach to the management of related symptoms. Attendees will also learn about effective nutritional strategies for managing menopause symptoms and the importance of physical activity during this life stage. The session will conclude with a panel discussion featuring all speakers, providing an open Q&A opportunity for participants to voice their concerns and engage directly with the experts.

Session 2: Menopause Policy Making Workshop
14:00 – 16:30
This session will focus on advocating for workplace inclusion and wellbeing for menopausal women, highlighting the importance of shifting organizational perceptions around menopause. Through engaging discussions, participants will explore ways to foster confidence and support in the workplace, encouraging a community dialogue around menopause experiences. The session will also provide an overview of the evidence-based and inclusive approach to menopause education and support, featuring insights from the UK’s InTune initiative by Professor Harper. Attendees will reflect on lessons learned, receive updates on the initiative's progress, and discuss recommendations for implementing similar programs in Cyprus.  
The session will conclude with a panel discussion featuring all Speakers, the AIPFE Vice-President Thalia Iacovou and Savia Orphanidou the Vice Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Committee of Health, providing an open Q&A opportunity for participants to voice their concerns and engage directly with experts an policymakers.
