Bauhaus Prize winner and community-led oasis in the heart of the historically charged city. Here, artists, architects, gardeners, and neighbours grow produce, ideas, and collaboration. Once abandoned following 1974, the site now thrives through municipal support and collective care. MATCH Cyprus hosts a two-day CBW at the GoF, fostering exchange among artists, partners, and the wider community, and paving the way for the upcoming residencies.

MATCH (Mediterranean as the Climate Hotspot) promotes sustainable living, raises awareness, and empowers communities to respond creatively to the climate emergency. uses socially engaged arts in community gardens to promote sustainable living,
climate awareness, and collective resilience across the Mediterranean. Through residencies, exhibitions, and training in
Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, and Turkey, in a period of 30 months MATCH will build a transnational network of artists and cultural actors, while shaping a new framework at the intersection of climate change, culture, and the arts.
