- **Event Description**: The Nicosia Municipality Multifunctional Foundation, within the framework of the project “Information and Training Center for Employment and Entrepreneurial Action (ΚΕΕΑΕΔ)”, and in collaboration with the Center for Social Innovation (CSI Cyprus), Social Tech Lab, and Junior Achievement Alumni, invites you to an exciting hackathon that reimagines the future of sustainable production!

Hacking the Supply Chain for Sustainable Products challenges participants to design innovative solutions that turn waste into value. Through hands-on collaboration with a leading startup in circular innovation and industry experts, participants will explore how to close the loop in supply chains transforming discarded materials into new, market-ready products.

This hackathon will help participants:

Understand circular economy principles and how they apply to product design and supply chain innovation.
Develop creative product ideas that reuse, repurpose, or upcycle waste materials into environmentally friendly solutions.
Gain hands-on experience in sustainable innovation, guided by mentors from startups and industry.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary peers to design feasible, impactful prototypes or concepts.
Pitch viable solutions that can reduce waste, promote sustainability, and inspire circular business models.
Showcase innovative ideas with potential for real-world implementation or further incubation.

By the end of the event, participants will have the opportunity to showcase innovative ideas with real-world potential for implementation or incubation.
