🎄 **Christmas Réveillon – A Beloved and Successful Formula Returns!** 🎄
After the great success and satisfaction of our previous editions, we are delighted to bring back this festive experience that has already won the hearts of our guests.
On the menu:
- Venison Tournedos Rossini,
- Wild boar slow‑cooked in casserole,
- Exceptional steaks from 8‑year‑old beef,
- And of course the full variety of our award‑winning cuts (*Best Steaks in Town – Sluurpy 2024*): Sirloin, Fillet, Rib Eye, T‑bone/Porterhouse, and our famous Tournedos Rossini topped with fresh foie gras and Madeira wine sauce.
✨ The evening will be accompanied by **live Christmas music** performed by **Edgar Evoyan** and **Zara Barkhoudarian**, creating a magical atmosphere for this special celebration.
🎶 **About our musicians:**
- **Zara Barkhoudarian**: Born in Yerevan, Armenia, she studied piano and singing at the Conservatorium of Yerevan, graduating with high distinction. She became a soloist of the Armenian State Tele‑Radio Choir, performing across 15 European countries and winning numerous awards. Since 1995 she has lived in Cyprus, performing in over 265 concerts and teaching at the European Conservatory of Music.
- **Edgar Evoyan**: Also born in Armenia, he began singing at age 5 and trained under Zara Barkhoudarian. Since 2013 he has lived in Cyprus, performing live from the age of 18. He sings across genres — Classical, Jazz, Pop, Soul, Musical, Neapolitan — and has won multiple international prizes, including *Galaxy of Talents* in Limassol and the *Aphrodite Voice International Music Competition*. Together with Zara, he performs duets in multiple languages (English, Italian, Greek, Armenian, Russian, Spanish, French), offering unique and memorable concerts.
🍴 In our new location, we are introducing a refreshed organization with an **à la carte menu**, plus a small additional fee of €8 per person for the musicians.
Special festive dishes will also be available, including:
- Fresh foie gras poêlé with Madeira wine sauce (*Best in Town 2024 – Sluurpy*),
- Foie gras bloc with toasts,
- Mushroom velouté,
- Fresh oysters with rye bread and Echiré butter,
- Cypriot fresh shrimps with Espelette pepper or curry & coconut milk,
- Wukd Boar casserole, gratin dauphinois, Mont d’Or cheese fondue with oven potatoes, salad & fine French cold cuts,
- Plus refined desserts, including the unforgettable "Bûche de Noël"
