This workshop offers an opportunity to understand yourself better through the lens of Schema Therapy. Part presentation, part experiential exercise, and part group discussion; we’ll explore:
- Core emotional needs (both met and unmet).
- The coping responses used for self-protection.
- How early life experiences influence current relationships and reactions.
You will have the opportunity to reflect on your own needs and patterns in a safe space.
